Registration, before service starts we will personally meet with you and your pet for an initial consultation at no charge and will review the necessary paperwork (see Customer forms).  We will also explain all services and associated fees, and answer any questions you might have.
Reservation, Customers may request services by either calling the office or through our new online reservation request system by clicking the associated link located below.  All confirmations will be sent via email within 48 hrs of your request.  You must have a confirmed reservation before service can be provided for any length of time. 
Getting started, we do require two sets of keys and an adequate amount of pet supplies (pet food, medications, litter, etc.) to last through your time away.  We do require written instructions for any medication administration. Please make sure all emergency contact numbers are current.  
Holiday Visits, There will be a $5 per visit charge on major holidays including New Years Eve (after 5:00pm) as well as New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve (after 5:00pm) and Christmas Day.  (Maximum of $10 per day)
Cancellations, 24 hours notice is required to cancel a scheduled visit and avoid a service charge.
